i had the strangest thoughts come into my head just barely.

i'm sitting, just thinking.
in one month i will be seventeen.
in six months i will be a senior.
in one year i will be graduating.
in two years my friends will leave for missions.
in three years i could be teaching kindergarten.
in four years i could be getting married.
in five years i could have a family.

then what?

so much time is spent looking to the future,
what happens when we catch up with our dreams?
